GRC International Holdings is the Group's holding company, specialized in developing and licensing advanced Structural Glassfiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC) Building systems (Alternative Building Technologies) and industrial solutions designed to transform construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing across emerging markets through its subsidiaries.

A technology-led industrial group focused on the development, production, and global deployment of advanced GRC-based solutions through existing and new subsidiaries; which streamlines the group's previous work under one industrial umbrella.

The foundation was laid by the collective work of the founders Eng. Mohammed Alraies and his son Moustafa Alraies, leading to the birth of the multi-million dollar industrial powerhouses GRC International Holdings and its subsidiaries are today.

Grey Rock Concrete Zambia (GRC Zambia)

The company was established as a subsidiary of GRC Africa, as the first of its kind in the Central African region. A new-generation GRC factory is underway with a massive annual production capacity of 4,000 houses for phase 1.

With GRC Africa being an 80% shareholder and operator, GRC Africa has Introduced the new Structural GRC Building technology which has a huge potential in highly demanding markets, currently securing investment to process the first GRC factory in the Zambian and Central African market with the aim to build a total of ten factories in Zambia and more within the Central African region.

GRC Zambia's pilot project for the construction of 10,000 units of low cost housing is projected to start in the first quarter of 2027, with a total project value of USD 150M and to be delivered in under 3 years.

The company was established as a subsidiary of Reyada CI, as the first of its kind in the Southern African region.

Introduced the new Structural GRC Building technology which has a huge potential in highly demanding markets. Started the first GRC factory in the Swazi market with the aim to build a total of three factories in the region.

MAR & DAR had acquired and concluded several residential, commercial and institutional construction projects valued at USD 8M.

The company was established by our late Eng. Mohammed Alraies as the industrial arm of the group in Libya. Where three construction projects where managed and concluded valued at USD 35M.

Introduced the new Structural GRC Building technology which has a huge potential in highly demanding markets. Started the first GRC factory in the Libyan market with the aim to build a total of three factories.

Introduced the AAC and Lime industries which helped the group secure an equity loan approval to invest a sum of USD 20M over the course of two years.
